Job Search Training offered for highly educated immigrants

To find a job in Finland can be tricky in the beginning! To boost your job search, it is important to identify your skills and career goals, understand better how the Finnish labour market works, and update your job seeking tools and techniques to meet the requirements of the Finnish working life.

The City of Vantaa, Employment Paths for International Talents (Uudet palvelupolut korkeasti koulutetuille maahanmuuttajille) project organises a Job Search Training for highly educated immigrants who are looking for support in career planning.

The online training takes place 17.5.-4.6. every weekday: group sessions are organised in the morning (9-12) and afternoons (12.30-15) are reserved for individual job search and coaching sessions.

In order to participate the training you need motivation, a computer and an internet connection. The training is organised in English. Please notice that you should commit yourself to the training for the whole duration. Your place of participation will be confirmed by e-mail. Please contact your TE office worker (or your municipality’s employment coach) before attending the training.
